Yup, it’s Nina Agdal, she’s a pretty prominent supermodel. She does kind of look like a young Christie Brinkley though. She’s done a lot of “body paint” work, so this pic probably started there, hence the black on her boobs.
A reverse image search says this is Nina Agdal (can’t say I’ve heard of her), and apparently it’s photoshopped. She was wearing a black bra and thong, which apparently didn’t get completely removed.
