Well, maybe banning underwear at all for an extended period can be the consequence for any trivial infraction when on that programme? 5 years minimum for under 35s I think I’d make it so, in fact, I think I’d make two such infractions a lifetime ban.
That’s correct. I actually came up with a point list when I originally posted this, so lets see what else she could get. A hat, as Beardy said, that would be another accessory, like the vest, so 5 points. Jewelry is 10 for as much as you want (within reason), so that’s a good deal. Stockings are another 10. Obviously they’re only allowed to cover her legs, but I think they’d look good on her.
So that’s at least another 25 points she can spend before wasting them on something boring like underwear.
I was thinking of my version of the point schedule:
Panties: 250 points
Bra: 200 points
Short skirt – 8″ or less, pleated: 75 points
Long skirt – over 12″: 175 points (no upgrade discount from short skirt)
Also, if the student screws up again while being punished (and the bar for severe screwup is lower while under punishment), she must earn back – but cannot wear – the basic outfit : shoes, socks, skirt, shirt, bra and panties, and then start again to earn clothes she will be permitted to wear.

Nah.. splurge on sandals & a hat, then spend points on accessories, you’ll feel encouraged by getting some trinket every few days 🙂
