  1. Or the sentence could be upgraded to full, or even strict, PN. Perhaps it might also be lengthened. Sounds like a good plan to me. Go with the simple dress with nothing under it. While at it, get sassy with the judge. That should help push things along.

    • Well, the real trick would have been to register topless the day before court, she might even have time if it’s still early.
Topless+Bottomless would add up to looking like willing PN rather than something a court ordered.

      • The way I read this, she’s not liking the expected result and trying to be a smart-alec or even avoid nudity altogether.

  2. They might have some special T-Shirts on hand printed:

The court said I acted like a C**t towards society,
so now I have to show my C**t to society!

(plus the other obvious gender variant)

Judge might even specify wearing it for X days if someone tries to make a bottomless sentence awkward by wearing a dress or one-piece suit.

  3. In the case that your dress is your only attire, the law treats it as a bottom for the purposes of sentencing. So when the judge tells you to remove your bottoms, that would mean your dress. So, yes, you’d have to walk out of court completely naked.

Given that bottomlessness is usually a punishment and everyone will know you committed a crime, your best bet is to have the judge take your dress and never put any clothes on. If you get caught, you can simply argue that the judge stripped you naked and you simply never got a chance to put your clothes on yet.

They will understand, you’ll be less embarrassed not being easily identified as a criminal and the public gets to see a beautiful sight. There’s no downside to this strategy.

    • Certainly it’s possible this could work, in many cases it would be judge’s discretion whether to impose a bottomless sentence vs. full nudity, so if they prefer the impact of an immediate sentence they might just take the easy solution and go with nudity.

But they could also postpone it, give you a date in a week or two to come back and strip. Probably not a great thing, since it’s just hanging over your head longer that way.

Another possibility: You know those convenient clothing donation boxes some courts have? Sure, most of it goes to charity, but what if they keep a few of the tops on hand for just this situation?
