Perhaps go to a different jurisdiction which allows earlier upgrade (including for a non-resident.) Then you can go ahead and upgrade to full strict PN for max term and have it recognized when returning home.

This is terrible! Denying a woman total nudity is cruel and unusual punishment! There must surely someone she can speak to so that this error can be corrected.

This isn’t for real is it. You try that here in ms and it’s jail you’ll be going. Just saying.
Hopefully the laws adjust and allow reregistration of permanent nudity. Of course, you can only reregister to make yourself more naked, not less.
For sitting so indecent she should be punished with lifetime full nudity! Eh, wait, would that be a punishment?
