It looks to me like I could register for four years, spend my summers nude and dress for the winter as long as I stay here on campus since no one cares whether you’re dressed or naked here. It would be the best of both worlds. What could go wrong?
Not bad? Those rules seem extremely relaxed to me! Coats in cold weather and footwear I agree with with but stockings and open shirts? That’s just flashing. In my book, nudity means no clothing whatsoever above the ankle.
Fair question, I should’ve been tighter with the definition and said that the BODY should be devoid of clothing above the ankle. So by that definition, if you wear the hat on your head and have nothing else on above the ankle, your body will still be naked. If, however, you take said hat off your head and hang it on your penis then your body will NOT be naked.
We need to keep bureaucrats happy, so this clearly needs to depend on the individual model – a hard hat is clearly decorative, a soft winter cap supposed to cover the ears clearly clothing… And anything in between is left to the mood of the officer 🙂
Same as the handling of preexisting tattoos on ‘strict with no exemptions”. Great for “that was perfectly fine in my state and you want to give me a fine every day?” stuff.
Maybe that’s an “extra relaxed” option and thus also the three year minimum… In my understanding there are 2 1/2 options:
* regular “barefoot and naked”: No shoes, no clothes. Decorative items and emergency clothes are free.
* “barefoot and strictly naked”: No shoes, no clothes, no decorative; except for emergency, items individually whitelisted and hair decorations (to keep the whitelist from getting flooded with the 500 hairbands every second woman owns…)
* “barefoot and strictly naked” with no exemptions: No nothing ever. Preexisting tattoos are handled by the office.

If she hates clothes so much, 3 years shouldn’t bother her. Go for it, get nude not for the mininum, but for the max term!!

What if they’re only wearing a hat? Is that still nude?
