The sentence should be till she gets her degree (min BA/BS level.) That would likely be at least age 22. Plus that would encourage her to stay in school, since if she dropped, she would never get her degree and thus never get her clothes back.
Also, she should be responsible for clean-up / repair of whatever the vandalism was.
She realized she had to give up running with this crowd. While they still accepted her, she could no longer do the bike stunts. The wipeouts were much too painful when you were nude.
I agree that she needs to find a new peer group. I always warn the younger generation to beware of peer groups. They can bring you way down. She could visit the local junior college. The art department is always looking for new models. She needs new friends. I am sure that she would enjoy being a model.
Trust me, your guy friends will not mind your nudity! You’ll fit in just fine and be the most popular member of the “biker gang” in no time!

Regardless, I think you need a longer sentence, community service, separation from the bad crowd you’re running with, and to find the Goddess.
