As to whether or not she is under sentence would be the question. Plus, if under sentence, is there a provision for the judge to extend the sentence, or some other action, for failure to get with the spirit of the law?
I forget if there are any captions that imply such a rule exists somewhere, but generally no. Regardless of whether someone is PN voluntarily or not. Newd etiquette is just they idea that when you’re naked it’s more polite not to try and hide anything.
So I’m not sure exactly where that leaves the caption above. Perhaps the girl herself is misinformed on this point.
It’s called ETIQUETTE for a reason. You’re not required by law to spread your legs and expose your genitals when you sit down, but it is the polite thing to do and shows you to be a respectable woman. Doing it reluctantly and throwing a hissy fit about it is proving you don’t deserve any respect at all and you won’t be making many friends.
