It still boggles my mind that the punishment for going naked in public without a license is…to have to go naked in public. Is there any other situation where the punishment for doing something illegal is to have to do that same illegal thing?But, hey, whatever results in hot naked women is a good thing.
Think of the old-school punishment when a kid is caught smoking, forced to smoke a bunch back to back, to make them sick of it. This works about as well, with much nicer external effects.
PN’s may have achieved critical mass when there are so many nudes at the beach and public and police are so appreciative that there are no longer checks. That is what has happened in Europe in many places with toplessness.
