It’s not that big a stretch for the setting actually. We know teachers at schools including colleges can do it, and there are some captions about likely less official institutions using nudity (such as a ballet studio), so where do we draw the line?
If we really wanted to get into the details, I suppose there could be some sort of accreditation process, but that’s the kind of thing that probably varies between states (and countries) so it may not be worth thinking about much, well not unless someone can get a fun caption out of it. Could be interesting premise I suppose, though I foresee a rather wordy caption to explain it all.
Or it could be simply a matter of agreement. She values him as a teacher and wants to continue the lessons. If she refuses this condition he will drop her as a student. Therefore she accepts his authority to keep her naked until she lives up to his improvement requirements.
If such an arrangement is acknowledged publicly it could apply 24/7 in all settings public and private. (That is how I would imagine it.)
