If you have ever walked on super hot concrete in the summer or the snow then you will realize that even strict PNs require wearing shoes or at least sandals. Just because they are strict PNs doesn’t mean they should ignore their own safety. I have walked on ice-covered sidewalks before and had my foot stick to the ice like sticking your tongue to a cold pipe and having it stick. If you have ever read any of the Upper Danubia stories by EC such as “Maragana Girl” you will read that the nude criminals were allowed to wear transparent clothes and boots in the winter. So, while I am all for strict nudity, safety still matters. However, I think even strict should be allowed to wear jewelry.
As a hard-core barefooter, I can tell you that super-hot concrete in summer (on condition of keeping walking and not standing still on this material) and snow in winter (you just have to run or walk quickly, to activate blood circulation and stimulate muscular energy, which produces heat as a backproduct) do not prevent me to remain barefoot even in these extreme conditions. So I am sure that a strict permanude could do the same ! However, I support you on one point : strict permanudes should be allowed to wear jewelry, since these are not textiles.
At least your parent gave you a strict nudity punishment, without any footwear, so that you’ll learn! You should never be allowed to register for anything besides strict nudity because you seem to take way to long to get dressed. You deserved this punishment!

They should always be allowed to express themselves with jewelery, but they should be prohibited from not being barefoot.
