I am afraid that free boobs (instead of maintained) might act as an hydrodynamic brake and, thus, slow down the swimmers. However, I fully agree that shaving is required to eliminate all hair on the swimmers’ bodies (pubic or not!), except on their heads where it is held by swim caps, during competitions. This is very necessary for long-haired girls.

However, the level of such drag would be so minute that it is negligible.
It’s a great excuse to promote shaving, as is any excuse, but the final decision is hers.
