Personally I’d assume ALL restrooms are genderless at this point. Locker rooms too, you’d think, since people are walking around naked all the time anyways. No real reason to separate people anymore when you’re likely to see tits, pussy, and penis at any given time throughout your day.

I’d imagine most PN restrooms are all-gender, after all, everybody can already see them naked.
