I was toying with a couple work-around ideas, but I really couldn’t find an elegant solution on my end, so this is the best outcome.

When I see a hemline pulled up like this, I do not think of punishment. I think the woman is just greeting a PN friend.
Not to mention the nice settlement she can probably get in her discrimination suit.
“Wrongful termination” can be a hard battle to win though. I speak from experience, sadly.

Fair point. In theory permanently naked/bottomless/topless people are a protected class, but that doesn’t automatically make proving it any easier.
Granted, they may have a totally different experience than I did. And it probably differs greatly by area, too.
