There does not appear to be anything in need of fixing. If anything is to be done, I would add an addendum that extends this Extreme Strict PN status to one year beyond the last date of class attendance.
As far as the long hair hanging from her head… that really isn’t an issue. It does not provide any consistent covering.
The damage has been done. Fixing it now would just be a waste of time and money. Surely the government has better things to spend their effort on besides fixing a harmless mistake.
Typo or not you’re in violation of the code because your long hair can cover your breasts. In view of the circumstances you can tie it up. However if you continue to transgress you will have a compulsory hair cut to one inch above shoulder length.

This is campaign time. Politicians will be focused on their election. Realistically, there aren’t any laws getting passed until January of 2025.
