Well I think living in constant rain would make anyone grumpy. Admin, I had a question about how the tags on the side of the screen work. In the past, I’ve noticed tags on images that aren’t on that list. Maybe I just hadn’t noticed before, but “snow” “travel” and “law” seem like new tags that have appeared on the list, but I recall seeing them on images.
I’m not the admin, but those 3 tags you listed have been around since the Tumblr days of the blog. It’s just that the tag cloud used today has each tag be bigger or smaller based on how often it is used, like with snow being such a small tag because of how few images actually have visible snow. And so, some tags may be used so infrequently that they don’t even register in the tag cloud.
That’s correct. The tag cloud is automatic, and I don’t know exactly how it works, but it’s based on how many posts have those tags. Currently it seems there are 10 tags too rare to rate appearing in it: 3D, story, multi, celeb, ad, mockup, rebellious, oops, kink, and reblog. And to be honest that’s a few more than I expected or would like, but I don’t have any way to adjust it short of finding a new tag cloud plugin. Snow appears to be the rarest tag currently featured, at 94 uses. Since I tend to follow the real life season somewhat and it’s summer now it wouldn’t surprise me if another tag steals its spot soon.
The only thing I wonder about is why she looks so grumpy. I suspect she might not have “found” this solution voluntarily (so I chose not to tag it one way or the other, not knowing if the contributor had something specific in mind).

smart girl with an all over tan. Definitely a PN girl.

Take my word for it. After living in the Pacific North Wet for way too long, I can tell you that is not an all over than. We don’t tan, we rust!
