Based on how I imagine the world it seems unlikely that many places would have such a high minimum age to register currently, but I suppose it’s possible. On a positive note, this under 21 girl has a great attitude to prepare for PN status later. She doesn’t say if she has sibs that are participating but due to restrictions on under 18 age content, she cannot. My thought is that she might. Pure speculation on my part.
