Another follow up to a fairly old post. Also just as a bit of trivia, I think this might be the first time I used the #notreg tag for someone who actually is registered. But since she’s only registered topless but going naked, I figure that still counts.
Yes, definitely upgrade to full PN. Topless only registration is a complete waste.
Women should be able to go topless any time/place that men can. It should not be any big deal. (Applies to both the NWO world and the real world.)
