Yeah, hence alt tag. The role reversal concept is fun, but my take has always been that employers can make permanent nudity a job requirement, but can’t impose it as a punishment like this.
It does raise an interesting question on the abuse of the laws. Could someone in a position of authority handing out nude punishments because they can and they think its funny be punished. The way I see it, the administration and the parents would have to call this assembly with one of those LEGAL authorities on hand that can charge them and pass an insta-nude sentence like I’ve read on other posts.
I guess something like that is possible. But I think that would have to be a pretty exceptional situation. For instance if a court had already intervened and ordered the teachers to knock it off the the excessive nude punishments, and they didn’t, then you might see something like this.
