  1. No, m’ lud. My client had emerged from the shower but realised that she hadn’t dried properly between her toes and was merely using the elastic waist band of the garment to perform this task. The witness, to whom said garment belongs, took umbrage to what my client freely admits, was just the latest of many such transgressions and sought to punish my client. I move that this is a malicious and fabricated allegation and that the witness sanctioned with a nude punishment too.

  2. A still photo does not tell us whether she is putting on or taking off said panties.
    Furthermore, we have no evidence to when this photo was taken.
    Lastly, “putting on” panties does not necessarily require the wearing to pull said panties all the way up.
    The photo merely show the defendant bare butt and bare breasted, and presumably bare vagina. I request a summary judgment in favor of the defendant, and ask that all surveillance cameras be removed from her closet.
