An ID card mockup would probably be the best use for these, but that’s something I’ve never got around to doing. No insult to the cards made by others, but if I do it I want to make something that looks a little more like a real government ID, which would be a fairly involved project.
So far the only related caption I’ve done is this one, which explains how NudeID photos might work without actually trying to depict the finished card. It shouldn’t be considered definitive either, there’s no reason some localities can’t do it differently, up to and including explicit pussy pics like above.
They have the photos hung in the lobby behind the front desk for quick checking by staff too.
