She’s adorable. Thanks for the link. It looks like it was a really good party. Seems to be a party in America although several years ago. But what was the occasion? Doesn’t seem like there were enough horror type costumes for Halloween.
I would say it’s a Halloween party even though the costumes aren’t scary. It’s partly obscured by the text, but they seem to have fake spiderwebs on the ceiling. There’s a big clump of them on the top-left, which is really not they right way to put that stuff up, but you also can see it spread thinner where it looks more like actual spiderwebs in the top-center. The red-orange lighting fits Halloween too.
Sadly, as anyone who’s been following recent posts could tell you, it must have been a very long time since she saw the comic. Kekko Kamen might be naked, but the unique mask is crucial!

She must be counting on people not knowing who Kekko Kamen is just taking her word for it.
It’s not necessarily a Kekko Kamen costume, but rather a costume inspired by Kekko Kamen. At least that’s how I read it.
