To alleviate her pain, can’t she consider wearing some sort of metal see-though bra, covering only the lowest parts of her breasts (most of it and especially nipples remaining visible) to sustain them, associated with a counterweight in her back ?
Yeah, I think the law would be flexible enough to allow something for women who feel the really need the support. Obviously it would need to be minimal coverage and preferably see-through.
