To the best of my knowledge, this is technically acceptable in most settings. I know women who are bold enough to wear outfits like this. I’ve asked them how they get away with it and the answer is pretty much the same “Nobody cares, for the most part.” See through clothing is a bit of a loophole as far as I can tell. It would probably come down to bylaws by area and a PO’d party actually pressing the issue, prosecuting somebody and having a harsh judge in order to be given any kind of repercussions. I think at most, it’d be a fine or slap on the wrist type of situation.

Yeah… I donno about that. I hope she consulted a lawyer or at least read the law very carefully.
