It seems like indecent exposure laws got a lot more lax after the new laws were passed. I guess if you have permanudity even be a thing, the idea of “indecent exposure” is itself a bit challenged.
I agree it wouldn’t pass in most places if the “dress” were that see-through when dry, but this one was opaque. She was properly dressed, but got sprayed by the dishwasher at her work, or fell in the fountain. It’s not her fault this happened, and since it will revert to opaque soon – certainly before she can be brought before a judge – they let it pass.

I think one day someone is going to catch her out and she’ll have to spend a long time permanently naked indeed. Maybe she’ll even start to like it…
They must be pretty lax about these things wherever she is. I doubt that would fly in most places.
