I can definitely see the appeal to this: “Keep all women naked all the time.” However, with all women naked all the time, a naked woman becomes meaningless and nothing special.
I had to think about this one. In general this kind of abuse of power doesn’t fit my idea for the world, but I ended up marking it “flashback”, because it’s fair to say the “new laws” have likely had some bumps along the way to their more or less stable form.
