When I went into the doctor’s office for a routine check, I didn’t expect it to require me to be naked. I was even more surprised when I was told to undress in the waiting room (in front of like 5 strangers) and leave my clothes there. It did look pretty safe, and it didn’t seem like any people who knew me were around, so I complied. It was pretty embarrassing, but whatever. Let’s just get this over with.
After waiting for what felt like an hour, but was actually just like 10 minutes, I finally got called. When I went into the office, I was even more surprised. The procedure did not require nudity at all; my doctor just happened to be a nudist. And I wasn’t alone; there was a lady in the same situation as me, still waiting for her papers, also naked.
After the health check was complete, the doctor told me that, after not finding some records and a phone call with some higher-ups (me, still standing butt naked in the office), she informed me that some records of mine were missing (potentially I missed some health checks in elementary school or there was a database error) and they needed to be resolved ASAP. So, since I was already there, naked, she went ahead, starting with my butt and then doing my penis and balls.
Overall, it was the most embarrassing thing to happen to me (and it definitely won’t be the last time).
