While I definitely endorse sleeping naked, registered or not, generally you need to wear a top when registered bottomless. (Though in private I don’t think it matters, as long as you’re not covering your genitals)

I’ve never really gotten into the specifics, but I’d say in general bottomless people are technically required to wear a top even in private… but obviously there are exceptions, they can certainly undress completely to bathe, or just change their shirt for that matter.
But whether there’s and specific exception for sleeping nude or not, it’s hard to imagine a situation where someone would actually get in trouble for it.
