Of course, if you simplfy the signup process, you might have a lot of pretty girls getting their Permanude ID card in the mail. How much you want to bet that some husbands or boyfriends, stuck in quarantine might like to improve the scenery.
Of course, turn about is fair play. I suspect after a lockdown like this, a lot of people might emerge with everything to show for the time spent at home.
I’ve always been pretty insistent that in-person registration is a requirement, but the pandemic certainly qualifies as extraordinary circumstances. I could believe some places are temporarily allowing online registration.
Not sure about the specifics though, I think they would probably want a video-call, and this picture doesn’t quite seem suitable for an ID card or anything.
