OK, so it looks like the problem is not with the form itself, rather the submissions are getting caught as spam before I receive them. Unfortunately this is not on my end, or even my ISP, but at a third-party service I’m using. This leaves a few possible solutions. I’m trying to get my site’s IP address taken off the spam list, but who knows how that will go. I don’t want to rely on that. I could also ditch that 3rd party and use something else. But probably the best thing is if I can set it up so submissions don’t have to go trough email at all. And it looks like that should be possible, but I’m still too busy with the holiday (visiting family and stuff) to really dig into setting it up.
Oh, and to top it off, direct email might not be working as well as I thought. Someone just reported that attempting to send me a zip file bounced. Arrgh. Obviously I have alot to sort out. But I’ve got some ideas what to do now, I just don’t have the time to do it at the moment. Probably this weekend.

Does that mean some submissions are still permantly lost, or can they be recovered?
(i submitted some, and don’t know when i’ll have to time scrounge the files back up and to resubmit if i have to.)
I’m afraid it looks like they are lost. I really hope everyone has a backup. At one point I was hearing the messages might have been held in a spam quarantine somewhere, but the last support told me is they don’t have a record of any blocked mail. So I’m not even 100% use what’s going on, but it looks like side-stepping the whole business of going through email is the smart move.
I know I’ve said this before, but I’m really sorry about this mess. I hope to have it cleared up soon.
