Can’t tell how serious you are, but for the avoidance of doubt, I did a reverse image search, and this is “Tina” from Wow Girls, which appears to be a legitimate site. So I don’t want anybody to worry she’s actually 14.
My take on it is that the girl depicted here is recently 18. The “school” would be a local college that she is a freshmen at, while choosing to still live with her parents rather than in a campus dorm or some other arrangement. Thus, she is still under parental authority. Perhaps now she is wishing she had opted for the dorm. Soon though, she will realize all the positive attention her naked body will get her, and will start to relish her new nude lifestyle and intentionally whine about having to be naked to get her mom to continue to extend her punishment.
