Doesn’t work at all. Many young ladies who belong to the “ittty-bitty-titty” club find that their life improves immeasurably when they register PN. There are a lot of young men (and older men) who are not caught up in the “American Fallacy”* but really like the sight of small but firm perky breasts.
Once they are no longer able to hide behind falsies and other trickery, these young ladies find gentlemen who like their real body.
