  1. So, is $25 the standard “PN Registration” fee? I’ve seen that before and wondered if there is anything official about it?

    • Nah, not really. I assume Daican-2 said that because it was mentioned in this recent caption, but like most minor details of the registration system I would expect it varies between states/countries. Could be free in some places, could be a more in others. The possibility that it’s actually expensive in some cases could make for an interesting caption idea, although I’d never really thought about it before.

But generally I assume there’s some kind of fee, just because you’re dealing with the government… and they like fees.

  2. She should use $25 to pay for a permanude registration, then use the rest to get something to eat and/or drink. After all, her birthday suit is the only outfit that is appropriate on every occasion. She can explain to her mother that she was just obeying her orders as the good girl she is, because this is the only outfit that is “presentable” everywhere and on every occasion that can be purchased for under $50.

    • Very true. She’s seriously overlooking “stay naked” as a legitimate option here. Even assuming there’s a bargain basement kind of clothing shop in that stripmall, $50 isn’t going to get her very far.

    • That is absolutely the best plan. Her skin is appropriate attire for all occasions. No clothing selection can fit that description. This woman should simply register and remain naked perpetually. (max term, renew, renew, renew…)
