Might make for an interesting story or two, but I doubt NWO would want to publish pictures of clothed guys making demands to touch nude girls. Huh?

But yeah, the NiS universe is interesting, but the stories aren’t always my cup of tea, and in any case it’s not the same setting as this blog’s. Although the idea of school sometimes requiring nudity, not as a punishment, but for some kind of loosely defined personal development reason is pretty much copied from there.
Well, it’s more my personal interpretation of “extreme newdiquette” than any sort of attempted crossover, but I’d just like to point out that I see extreme newdiquette as a way PNs choose to express their nudity, not some external rule imposed on them.
Given the cold weather, perky nipples and spread legs could itself be a fall fashion. If she decides to embrace extreme newdiquette and make herself available to touching as well as looking, she could easily make her outfit the most popular fashion in her high school. Then she won’t feel so bad about being naked, will she?
It’s not like touching a naked person in the PN Universe is wrong, so long as you have their permission. I’d just assume that there would be certain boundaries, based on public decency and all.
If I lived in this world, I’d certainly obtain permission to touch permanude breasts all the time. Maybe even a butt or two. Anything past that would start falling into a more private and personal setting. Not that the desire to touch more wouldn’t be there, of course.
