They’re not. I actually wrote this, but the concept as Megamegatron99 explained it is that they’re permanently naked and were embarrassed about it, so they went to a hypnotist to treat it. He accomplished that by making them think they’re still dressed.
So they’re finding it easier to get ready because they’re only putting on imaginary clothes.
