  1. She’s indoors, why is the police involved in her being unclothed?
Only place I know where it’s illegal to be unclothed even in your own home is Singapore, and I seriously doubt they’d ever implement a PN law, they’re the worst prudes in the world down there..

    • Just because it’s indoors doesn’t necessarily mean it’s her house… although I can’t quite think of another scenario that makes a whole lot of sense.

Interesting comment about Singapore though. They’re kind of an international business hub, so on the one hand I could imagine not allowing permanent nudity might hurt that, since it’s relatively fashionable among high power business women.

But on the other hand, maybe it could work to their advantage. PN bigwigs might sometimes have situations where there’s a certain client or contact they’d rather be dressed to meet. No problem, just go to a country where the new laws don’t exist.

      • I’d think that in a building, any building, it’d be between her and the building owner/operator, and not a police matter.
If the police got involved it’d then be a tresspassing charge rather than violating PN regulations.

Yeah, the only thing I can think of is that she got caught nude outside and can’t find her registration papers. Which’d indicate a pretty bad registration system, I’d think registrations would be linked to your other personal data that police have access to through their databases, along with driver’s license, criminal records, etc..

Heck, the police probably know more about me than I do myself…

        • I think the implication is that she isn’t registered at all, and is doing a rather proof job of trying to bluff her way out of trouble. Certainly the police would have access to some kind of database where they can quickly check whether someone is registered. Mistakes are always possible, but they’re probably just humoring her, either on the off chance she can actually produce some evidence she’s registered, or just because they find it amusing.

          • If I were a cop, I’d certainly humour her at least 30 minutes of “search” before citing her for something carrying a 10 year PN sentence.. beats 10 minutes watching her fake a search by 800% at least!

    • The caption doesn’t say that she is currently in violation of the law, only that she is looking for her documentation. She could have been caught nude outside and the officer accompanied her back so she could present him with the paperwork.

While it is the most likely scenario, we are only assuming that the paperwork relates to her nudity. She might be traveling and the documents she is looking are things like visas. Or she might have been found practicing a licensed profession (doctor, engineer, hairdresser) and needs to provide proof she is indeed qualified to practice it.

      • That was what I intended it to mean. She was caught outside impersonating a PN, and tried to talk her way out of it. Not working out so well.
