Yeah. That said tourist will be permanude for several years once she goes back. However, that assumes that her home country has a reciprocity agreement. I wonder how it would go with some very concervitive (read SA) where it is totally forbidden and illegal. Oh, the international law cases.
Indeed. It would depend on the country as you say, but more and more are probably allowing it and setting up reciprocal treaties to honor foreign registration. So she might be in for a shock when she gets home if she thinks it only applies on her vacation.
It’s not wise to let someone you just met “help” you with your registration either. Hopefully the staff at the registration counter are on top of things and will make sure she understands what she’s agreeing to.
Perhaps they have a “tourist registration” which lasts for the duration of one’s stay there and expires upon leaving.
Then again, I would prefer they continued in their nudity and spread the joy back home as well.
