OK, I think everything is good to go, including the submission form.
But of course, if you encounter any problems, please let me know.
A world where some people go naked at all times.

So it looks like my site is hitting some limits again. So I’m upgrading to a better (pricier) hosting plan, and but it’s a little more than just simple a step up, because it’s a different kind of plan, “VPS” instead of “Shared”. This means they’re technically making a new site and copying everything over. This should be fairly smooth, but just so you know, there could be a little bit of weirdness over the next day or two, while I get DNS updated and so forth.
Edit: Looks like it worked. Got a few little details to finish up, but so far so good.
Edit2: I’m not sure if my email (and contact forms) configured right for the new server. If you’ve got any submissions, you might wanna just hold onto those for a little bit. I’ll let you know when I’m confident it’s working.
Edit3: It’s working now.
Apparently some recent update slightly broke things such that it looks like every submission has the “personal picture” and “caption is rough idea” boxes checked… I’ll look into it when I have some time. But for now, I guess if you want to tell me either of those things you’ll just have to put it in the notes.
Edit: Never mind. It’s fixed now
Once again gonna do some long-put-off updates of plug-ins and such on my WordPress install. Let me know if anything breaks.
P.S. I know I’m also pretty behind on submissions. Hopefully now that my computer situation is stable I’ll be able to make some progress catching up, but it’s not going to be easy.
I noticed that the Random link at the top always takes you to the HTTP version of the site, regardless of which you were using before. This might cause logged-in user to be signed out. Donno if anyone was having a problem with that, but if you were, it should be fixed now.
Edit: Oops, it was worse than I thought, the Home link did it too. Fixed that as well. Let me know if you notice any more places where this happens.
My old computer seems to be gone for good. Somehow I got it running a couple more times by opening it up and tinkering around, which helped make the transition smoother, but it didn’t last. So I’m working solely from the new computer now. I’m basically all set up as far as blog related tools now (there were more than you’d think), but configuring everything else on here is probably going to take time away from working on the blog as much as I’d like for a while more.
On the whole I guess it turned out alright, I’m sure glad I already had the new PC when the old one conked out.
I mentioned last month that I got a new computer and was in the process of setting it up. Well, that’s still ongoing (I mean, it works, but it doesn’t have all the software I’m used to installed, etc.), obviously I was taking that project at a relaxed pace. But now my old computer has died. Perhaps it could be revived (might be faulty RAM or something, I donno) but under the circumstances I think I’d better just focus on getting the new computer all set up instead of messing with that.
Now don’t worry, I have multiple backups of the Nude World Order related stuff, so worst case I could lose the very newest captions or something, and if all goes well, not even that. But I’m not gonna be able to work on the blog until this is all sorted out. So there might be a day or two without any posts. Hopefully no more than that.
As some of you probably remember, the holidays tend to be a busy time for me, and this year I’ve got some extra things to deal with on top of that. Plumbing problems in the kitchen, and a new computer on order (it will be a much needed upgrade, but will doubtless require significant work to set up with all my software etc).
So anyway, yeah, expect updates to be slower than normal. I’ll still be around though, and hey, if you’ve got any Christmas caption ideas, time to start working on those, or even sending them in. It’s better if I get them at least a couple days in advance, less chance they get lost in the holiday chaos.
So if you looked at the blog earlier this morning, you might have seen a concerning message that the account was suspended. Well, don’t worry; the situation has been resolved. Apparently the issue was I had too many old emails in my inbox. These can be quite large as they include submitted pictures, so my mail box reached 2GB and my host didn’t like that. I did get a warning about this earlier, and I thought I’d addressed it, but apparently it didn’t work quite how I thought. Anyways, it wasn’t anything serious.
However there’s a second consequence of the overstuffed inbox. If you submitted anything after the morning morning of the 13th, it’s likely I didn’t receive it. Sorry about that. Please resend.
I’m not sure if they people who need to see this will even be able to, but I’ve been told on Discord that some people are getting weird errors about too many cookies. I think it has something to do with the HTTPS version of the site. This is annoying because I never even set that up on purpose (don’t see much need for a site like this) but it got created automatically and now it’s causing trouble. Anyways, I’ll be looking into this. Your patience is appreciated. Feel free to get in the comments and let me know any additional details if you’ve experienced something like this.
