She will be going out to public events with her friends, not sitting in her room all the time, which takes care of the first ‘threat’. And while she is out in public naked she will doubtless be photographed many times and any number of these will be shared on the internet, which makes the second ‘threat’ moot.
Of course, if her mother is not totally averse to corporal punishment, she could spank her and send her out with a bottom pink enough that her friends will know what has happened. The embarrassment from this might make just the threat of a spanking enough to keep her in line.
