  1. Arson is a serious crime. It will likely result in your insurance claim being denied and you’ll have to pay for the damages yourself. If you’re in an apartment you could be sued by the owners, or the other tenants if they’re out of their apartments over the fire and the smoke will spread even if the fire doesn’t. Just because you don’t mean for it to spread past the stove doesn’t mean it won’t. Fire can’t be controlled that way. Even in this world, arson is more likely to result in a jail sentence rather than a nude one. People could die if the fire gets out of control. This one is not amusing at all.

    • Mostly, I agree. If there is a nude sentence, I should think it would be a life extremely strict sentence, to include lifetime unpaid public service in a hospital burn ward. No joke at all! Punishment should fit the crime in this case.
