I think she got off easy. Kicking a man there can be like really dangerous. Men are going to look at us cause it’s nature. It’s not misogyny, creepy, or anything like that. It’s just natural. This is just another example of our society failing hard
Well she admits that isn’t really what happened right in the next paragraph. You’re right though, people don’t usually get nude sentences for violent crimes.
Incidentally there’s a bit of context which might be missing here, I guess it’s another example of the setting evolving. Back when this first appeared on tumblr I’d done several captions stating that in some places if you get a bottomless sentence it comes with the additional requirement that you have to disclose what your crime was to anyone who asks. But I ran out of ideas related to that so it hasn’t been mentioned in a long time. I guess it would be a reasonable assumption that in-universe these laws have been phased out. (Although if some someone submitted a caption like that it would be fine, some places might still have that rule.)
