  1. A permanent naked person becoming a slave should be required to stay naked as long as they are collared, even if that’s more than 10 years.

    • I doubt it matters. They’re either going to agree with it anyway or quit being a slave (in D/s terms, it’s just a term for the submissive partner in a specific style of relationship, and has no legal standing).
A collar has the same social status for a D/s couple as a wedding ring does for a traditional couple, without the tax benefits.

Anyway, I’d imagine there’d have to be some sort of autorenewal anyway of the PN status, or at the very least a reminder in the form of a letter that your status is up for expiry in say a month. This to prevent problems.

I’ve always wondered what happens at the end of a PN term if not renewed.
Until expiry the person is not allowed to own clothes. The moment it expires the person is required to wear clothes.
How to cover that transition? Would you be allowed to buy clothes but not wear them (except for fitting) for a period before the term expires?
Or is there a grace period after it expires in which you’re allowed to be naked in public of say a few weeks so you can get new clothes?

      • My thinking is that permanently naked people are allowed to own clothes, so buying them ahead of time would be fine. And registration probably expires at midnight when you’d normally be home, so that wouldn’t usually be a problem. Could be a weird situation if you to be at work the graveyard shift though.

A more extreme version where you couldn’t own clothes would obviously need some special handling though.
