Using the new laws to allow your kids to practice casual nudity is a great part of the Nude World Order. It seems the next generation won’t have the same hangups as their parents, we’ll probably see them get rid of registration and allow people to wear as much or little as they want. (I hope they keep parent/school punishments though!)
However, things often go in cycles. Yes, I can see the registration requirement becoming very loosely enforced, but then the pendulum swinging back in an anti-nudity movement. While I don’t see nudity being outlawed, particularly with the number of properly registered people, I can see an attempt to control it by strict enforcement of the registration requirement. This could for example lead to the minimum sentence for lack of registration being more than the minimum voluntary term: e.g. minimum voluntary term, one year; minimum illegal nudity sentence, three years.
I could also see more use of strict nudity in sentences, possibly a long term at the start (three years, the first one strict nudity) or continual during the warmer seasons (three years, May 15 to Sept 15 strict nudity every year).
I could also see a section being added to the database to register school and parental punishments. This would allow officers to check whether or not someone who is naked is actually being punished or just pretending to be and also if a clothed younger peron is under punishment but not abiding by the terms.
