I am guessing that she was very unhappy that she was uncomfortable with her body and found a tremendous release during the time Nudiephin was actually in her system. Her subconscious associated the former depression with the actual clothing and in order to insure that doesn’t happen again creates a psychosomatic allergy when she attempts to don any clothing. Finally, I expect that her subconscious brain is preventing her from thinking too much about her nakedness to ensure she will not realize that her whole ‘problem’ is psychological. Of course, the fact that she enjoys her nudity probably helps a lot here.

So it seems the wonder drug has a dark side… well depending on perspective, at least.
I would consider that an ideal case benefit rather than a dark side.
