I think this photo was just her getting a fitting for a custom outfit, maybe a wedding dress or bridesmaid dress, for example. The clothes on the bench could be what she wore into the shop. She doesn’t have the tan of someone who has had to live a normal life in the nude for three years.
You would think that there would be some rules to ease the transition back to clothed. Possibly permission to try on and buy clothes on the last 3 days of the sentence. Sounds like a typical government plan, not thought out at all.
You could realistically just get something that will be plenty big enough to cover everything, then go shopping in that once your registration expires.
Even a bedsheet could suffice.
Yeah, some kind of grace period would be quite reasonable, and perhaps some places do have one, but others might not. Though I’d be inclined to put it the other way around, you’re allowed to leave the house naked as necessary to acquire clothing for 3 days after your sentence ends, just to make sure they’re not letting anyone off easy. 😀
