  1. If parents and schools can have stripping authority, why couldn’t an employer? Especially with all employees “buying in” on the rules? This is inconsistent with the general trend.

    • Powerful labor unions. LOL

Also don’t forget about the other side of permanent nudity, you’re required to be naked, but also allowed to be naked. Otherwise the indecent exposure laws still apply. So even if every single employee agreed to it, there could be a problem if members of the public would be exposed to unregistered nudity. Maybe the office has large windows facing the street or something.

      • In this world, I would put employees in the same category as students. The students voluntarily enroll at the school and are then under the stripping authority of the school administration. As long as they continue living with parents, they continue under their stripping authority as well.
Whether such authority is automatic or not, I would definitely consider it a legal option if included in the employment contract – or in the above case of 100% employee sign-off of a new rule. And yes, being stripped at work for discipline would extend as PN outside of work.

        • That’s how it was in forevernakedgirl’s world. Basically any kind of authority figure could do it in fact. I just decided to go with a more limited version to keep it (in my own opinion) slightly more believable.

  2. As someone with some HR experience, you can set up a manditory requirement for the job, such as nudity. However, you can’t make it maybe, maybe not, depending. Now, of course, HR law is always subject to change, but I doubt if the company wanted to pay the legal bills to be the test case. You know how it is.

  3. Gotta wonder about this particular case of “not to the point of nudity” thing their lawyers talked about… I’m willing to bet that this is a case of Local Laws…
(Another explanation for why she is in just her underwear is “Progressive Punishment”, where you lose an article of clothing the more you fall behind?)
