Yeah other penalties are still possible, but since minor incidents only earn nudity (which may be embarrassing but doesn’t disadvantage the team) it encourages players to really test the limits.
I confess I don’t know enough about soccer to say exactly what this might entail though.
What happens after a second offence do you continue naked or are you sent off. What about a serious foul which would have earned a red card.
