  1. There’s a problem with my keyboard too. I keep pressing “escape” but I’m still in the office.

  2. At the rate we charge for fixing their ‘computer problems’ you would think they would learn a visit from me costs a couple hundred dollars and yet there are repeat customers. I’m not a poorly trained technician, I’m a competent professional. Just once I’d like to retrieve important information from a dead computer, or fix a programming glitch, but no I spend my day being ogled by nerdy horn dogs.
