Interesting, I’m not sure what glib24 intended, but I wonder if the implication here is that permanudes might have extra strict safe regulations. It kinda makes sense in a way, since safety equipment is for the permamently naked is already a subject of regulation it’s not too hard to imagine the laws could work out somewhere such that they’re actually subject to stricter safety standards.
Or maybe she just lives somewhere that required helmets for all rollerbladers.
