This particular photo is very interesting. There’s obviously reflection off a clear glass or plexiglass panel between the camera and model leading me to believe at first that the photo was taken from outside the train which would have been a difficult photo to take. Then I realized it was taken through a panel within the train probably separating the doorway from the seats.

It seems so.
Maybe she knows or recognises the naked woman.
