  1. It’s been more than 2 years, and you haven’t made any progress in getting your registration changed. And since you were caught in violation of your registration, the judge even wanted to sentence you to strict nudity. We had a tough time convincing her about her case. Even then she only allowed shoes. I fear that if we continue, it might land up in front of another judge, and if they look at it closely, they might even remove your shoes.

Can you move past clothes? It’s been like 8 years already, and you have been fine all this time. You graduated, even have a new job. We even have travelled to different countries, but we never faced any problems. I say you forget about clothes and focus on your life. We are engaged anyway and will get married next year. I am perfectly happy having a naked wife for life, but I can’t see you try and fail multiple times against the stupid bureaucracy.

  2. It is a very difficult process to revoke a nudity registration. It can, however, be done. You must start the process within 30 days of registration for cases of changing your mind. You must start the process within 6 months to correct inaccuracies (such as the typo described here.) Since you let 5 years lapse before taking notice, you are well outside the window of corrections. What’s done is done.

Additionally, since you were found in violation of your registration, your case was referred to a PN judge. Here is your summons to appear for a sentencing hearing next Monday.
